Ted has established a respected name for himself during his years at Connecticut Home Mortgage. His thorough knowledge and unrelenting perseverance has helped many clients achieve the dream of home ownership.

 

Ted specializes in several areas of mortgage lending – from conforming (A paper) loans, to the challenge of sub-prime (less-than-perfect credit) and recently, commercial investors. Ted dedicates his time to creating mortgage solutions for every client, assuring their needs will be addressed and their expectations will be met.

He also has extensive background in credit scoring methods and credit repair, as well as mortgage industry knowledge that allows him the skills to put loans together for even the most complex mortgage. This kind of customer service separates him from the “no face, empty promises” big banking institutions.

 

Ted, as well as all of Connecticut Home Mortgage’s Mortgage Planners, is CMPS Certified. The Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification is the first and most widely recognized mortgage planning certification program in the industry. It assures our clients that our Mortgage Planners are qualified and equipped to help them achieve financial freedom and accomplish their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow and home equity strategies. Mortgage Planners are also bound to follow a strict code of ethics as part of their CMPS training and certification.

Ted is an active member in his local community and church, and is a Connecticut native. He currently resides in Ansonia with wife, Maria, and their two beautiful daughters.
