Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to Connecticut Home Mortgage. She has been a mortgage banker/broker since 2000 and is consistently ranked within the company’s Highest Closed Volume as well as listing in the top 50 in “Broker Magazine” for the Top Producers in the US for 2006 and 2005.
Elaine began her career in real estate in 1987 in Washington, DC, specializing in the Georgetown area. She later moved back to Connecticut and joined the Greenwich Board of Realtors in 1989. With her real estate and mortgage background, Elaine has also built two homes in Greenwich.
Elaine, as well as all of Connecticut Home Mortgage’s Mortgage Planners, is CMPS Certified. The Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification is the first and most widely recognized mortgage planning certification program in the industry. It assures our clients that our Mortgage Planners are qualified and equipped to help them achieve financial freedom and accomplish their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow and home equity strategies. Mortgage Planners are also bound to follow a strict code of ethics as part of their CMPS training and certification.
Elaine attended Boston College and Loyola University in Rome, Italy, on their Junior Year Abroad program. Elaine has resided in Greenwich since 1991 with her husband and two children.
