Paul has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. He uses a consultative approach to help find clients the ideal loan for their financial circumstances. He can capably utilize today’s technology and his extensive knowledge of the financial markets to quickly close deals for his clients at the best interest rates available.
Paul began his career in 1983 working in mortgage-backed securities with the secondary market on large corporate transactions. After leaving that position, he has worked in a variety of aspects of the personal home mortgage finance industry, helping thousands of clients make the best mortgage decisions for their financial goals and circumstances.
Paul, as well as all of Connecticut Home Mortgage’s Mortgage Planners, is CMPS Certified. The Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification is the first and most widely recognized mortgage planning certification program in the industry. It assures our clients that our Mortgage Planners are qualified and equipped to help them achieve financial freedom and accomplish their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow and home equity strategies. Mortgage Planners are also bound to follow a strict code of ethics as part of their CMPS training and certification.
Paul is also an approved FHA Direct Endorsed Underwriter and a VA LAP approved underwriter. He currently resides in Killingworth, CT.
