Kevin Carse

Kevin made a career change in 2001, becoming a loan officer after having run his own business for nine years. His strong focus on customer service, knowledge of finance, and business experience, helped him to quickly become successful as a mortgage planner.

Kevin, as well as all of Connecticut Home Mortgage’s Mortgage Planners, is CMPS Certified. The Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification is the first and most widely recognized mortgage planning certification program in the industry. It assures our clients that our Mortgage Planners are qualified and equipped to help them achieve financial freedom and accomplish their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow and home equity strategies. Mortgage Planners are also bound to follow a strict code of ethics as part of their CMPS training and certification.

Kevin grew up in Middletown and went on to earn a B.A. degree in business management from Bryant College. He has resided on the Connecticut shoreline since 1980 and currently lives in Clinton with his wife and two children. Kevin is an avid sailor and an active member and Vice Commodore of the local yacht club in Westbrook.
